Our vision is to be a global leader in HSE, with clients who seek us out for our performance and communities that welcome us.
To maintain this vision, the company has adopted a management system structure that is adapted to each project and client. The core management system represents senior managements’ HSE expectations for all personnel working for or on behalf of Bridgemans Services Group (BSG). These are delivered through policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, qualifications experience, and expertise.
Each entity under BSG is required to create a Safety Management System (SMS) using the corporate Integrated Management Plan process. This is their site level standard for hazard mitigation and performance standards. This provides the controls necessary to prevent incidents arising from the hazards encountered by our business activities. This program applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors when involved in site activities.
